SALON POLICY

As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly for your needs, please respect the following policies:

By appointment online only

Notice of appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

A credit card number is needed to hold a reservation  and without this information, an appointment cannot be reserved.

Failure to show for an appointment will be charged $10 deposit fee.

Refrain from shaving your legs at least 24 hours before getting pedicures.

Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sore and Contagious Diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Unaccompanied children are not permitted in the salon unless when receiving service.

Medical Conditions: Please notify us when booking your appointments about physical ailments, medical conditions and allergies. This will allow us to personalize your treatment. Conditions may include pregnancy, diabetes, and high blood pressure. We reserve the right to not work on clients with open wounds.

Arrival time: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are 10 minutes late, we can offer you a shortened service so the next client’s treatment is not affected.

Alternatively we will gladly re-schedule you but we will have to charge you for the missed service.

Methods of Payment: We welcome Cash, Debit cards, Discover, and Visa/Master cards.

Gratuity: Cash or Debit cards only. Your gratuity is a courtesy to us for the job well done.

Cell Phones: Please refrain from using cell phones while in the spa. We strive for a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all to enjoy.

Gift Cards: Valid for 12 months. We keep a record of all gift cards, so do not worry if you have lost or misplaced your gift card.

Nail Services: We only use our implements, polish and products. For your safety we cannot use your personal tools. We can only guarantee that our implements are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We also cannot guarantee the longevity and quality of polish other than our own.

We are animal lovers, but we can’t allow pets (out of consideration for our clients).

Customers under 15 years old cannot receive gel nail services due to possible damage to the growth of young nails. Please consult our staff for the kids’ menu for a basic manicure.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.

Smoking is prohibited in our salon.
